This demo walks you through the full invite lifecycle — from creating an invite to tracking every event in the funnel. Follow the steps below to see it in action.

Create an Organization

Go to Organizations in the sidebar. Fill in the organization name and domain, then click Create Organization. This is the entity your invitees will be joining.

💡 Example: Name = Acme Corp, Domain = acme.com

Send an Invite

Go to Recent Invites and click New Single Invite. Select your organization, enter the recipient's name and email address. The domain will auto-fill based on the org you selected. Click Send Invite.

💡 You can also schedule an invite for a future date using the 🗓️ Schedule tab.

Open the Email in Email Server

Go to Email Server in the sidebar. You will see the invite email appear in the inbox on the left. Click on the email row to open it — this automatically triggers the Opened event (simulating the tracking pixel firing).

💡 The email status dot changes from grey to yellow when opened.

Click the Accept Invite Button

Inside the email detail pane, click the blue Accept Invite button in the email body. This triggers the Clicked and Redirected events and opens the registration page in a new browser tab.

💡 Alternatively, use the ✉️ Click Accept Invite tracking button below the email body.

Complete Registration

In the new browser tab, fill in the registration form — First Name, Last Name, Username, Email, and Password. Accept the Terms of Service and click Create Account. The Registered event is fired and sent back to the main tab automatically.

💡 The main tab updates in real-time — you'll see a toast notification confirming registration.

View Results in Invite Funnel

Go to Invite Funnel in the sidebar. You will see all your events reflected across:

Rate cards — Sent %, Open %, Click %, Registered %
Invite Journey Funnel — visual funnel chart showing drop-off at each stage
Invite Status Breakdown — donut chart of all invite statuses
Drop-off Point Analysis — where invites stop progressing
Organization Leaderboard — per-org conversion rates
All Invite Details — full table with every timestamp

💡 All charts update live as you interact with invites — no page refresh needed.
